    Mercury 700 (70hp) gas in carb throat

    Hello all, Looking for some pointers or past knowledge from the group here. I have a 70hp mec 700 model with the 2 stacked carbs. Only when the motor turns off gas will slowly seep into the throat and either drip down through the throttle shaft or pool at the face and slowly make it's way down...
