    92 Cobalt 22T 740/DP290 Trailer button will raise the outdrive and Down button will lower, the Up button quit working. I tested the switch with a voltmeter, its good. Relay under the dash is good and the trim gauge indicates correctly. Is there a limit switch somewhere?
