    Hello all you Mercury knowledge gods, I Just bought a project boat with a 2000 Mercury 115 4 cylinder (2+2) . The motor looks brand new, BUT it was winterized in 2016 and hasnt been run since. Supposedly it had a bad fuel pump. It had all the carbs rebuilt 5 years ago. I have done a few things...
