    1983 25hp mercury throttle cam?

    Hi wondering if anyone knows what Mark I should be setting my idle to on the throttle cam, there are two marks, when I set to the one at the end of cam the butterfly doesn't seem to open 100%. What are the two different marks for? Only mentions one at end if cam in the manual?
