    I think the issue has been narrowed down to air in the fcc. is it normal to have to bleed air from the fcc regularly ? if not, what are the possble causes of air in the fcc ?

    Crusader 5.7 litre. Engine was going into limp mode ( no throttle and running rough ) and overheating. That has been corrected. Now after running about 2 hrs. it will run rough for up to 30 seconds then self correct. The RPM at the time doesn't seem to matter. We have changed the fuel filter...
