    15HP Sea king (Chrysler) I think it was made in 1980, I can't drop the lower unit!

    So i unscrewed all 4 of the bolts connecting the lower unit to the shaft of the motor but i have no clue how to disconnect the shift rods. I've tryed pulling it down with my gear in forward, nutral, and reverse and My lower unit will bairly drop to give me enough room to SHOVE a screw driver...
