    I just purchased a 1977 evinrude 85 hp outboard. model # 85799S I got info off of that but the serial # doesnt make since.... Can someone explain this to me please. Serial # is J0001073. Thank you

    Johnson 50 hp

    I have a 1996 Johnson 50hp model j50tleds. I need another lower end for it, my clutch dog came apart and ruined the lower end gear set. Does anyone know what is interchangeable with this motor? Or does anyone know where I can get a replacement lower end? I'm in Arizona. Thanks for your time.
