    2000 70HP Johnson only 3000rpm at WOT

    I'm having a subborn issue I can't pin down. The motor starts fine cold and runs at 5500rpm for a few minutes. Then the motor bogs/slows/etc to 3000rpm while it's running and the boat slows considerably. Shutting down and restarting the motor does not fix the issue. The only thing that does...
