    Carburetor problem

    I have a Mariner 40 hp 4 cylin I have a Mariner 40 hp 4 cylinder 2 stroke 1995 model. When I crank the engine it seems like it is only running on the two top cylinders. Is that normal? It seems like it is skipping. I think it should be running on all 4 cylinders. I appreciate any info...
