    No spark on the left cylinders (all three cylinders on left side). Is this power pack or stator?

    60HP 1995 Mariner trim issues

    I cannot get the engine to trim up? Trim motor makes noises, but does not move up or down. How can I manually get it up to check fluid level, as it is presently stuck down?
