    1990 e120tles evinrude won't run past 2000 rpm

    Hi, I have a 1990 evinrude v4 120. I have taken out a handful of times, which the first it idle out great and got on plane at wot for Probaly 5 min then bogged down to about 2000 rpms 10 to 14 mph. I changed water pump thermostats. Tried I'm plugging heat sensors. Carbs are clean. I am lost
