    50 horse merc losing rpm

    I just bought a 2004 50 horse merc 3 cylinder & at full speed { 4200 rpm} it will bog down to 3000 rpm . starts fine and cruises fine under 3000 rpm. I can squeeze gas bulb and get back to top speed shortly. I changed out bulb line and have used seafoam and other additives thinking it was dirty...
