    good day everyone , I just joined I have assembled the thermostat housing with new stats, valves etc today . I notice the cork seals sitting in the recesses that the 2 stats sit on, seem to stand out quite a bit above the plastic, so when I put the gasket over it, it does not seem to sit flush...
