    Impeller problem

    Ok I bought the service manual Ok I bought the service manual and took the gearcase off. Took the houseing off the water pump like the book said. Only problem is the impeller will not move. What am I missing here. How do I get this off. It is a '85 Johnson 40hp. I would really appreciate some help.
