    96' 225 mariner efi will not plane, just bogs

    Will set there for a hundred yards or more before it even begins to plane off. It is a 1996 javelin bass boat with a 1996 mariner 225 efi. Have a 4 blade 25p trophy prop. Looks rich around the inside prop area because of the black smoot. It will eventually plane off but its horrible! runs...
