    I recently purchased a 1990 115hp Mariner with low compression in the bottom cylinder. The motor runs as is. I just ordered the manual for it. Any advice for someone who doesn't regularly work on outboard motors? I am assuming the power head must be split? Hopefully just hone and new rings...
