    1985 mercury 75hp Boggs out at full throttle

    I have a 1985. 75 hp Mercury outboard. It starts great and Runs good to half throttle. But when I try to full throttle it Boggs out. The strange thing is it doesn't do it all the time sometime it will run wide open. But most or the time it doesn't. The only thing I've tried so far is new plugs...
