    Did check spark, runs fine if in neutral, someone said something about a rev switch, possible?

    Engine rev’s to 5400 in neutral, only gets to 3200 in water. Prop not fouled. Is there a rev switch that may be bad? Replaced all filters, high & low pressure pumps, removed & cleaned fuel tank. 2014 Yamaha F60 with 299 hours
