    1979, 115 hp evinrude fuel issue

    How do you adjust the fuel intake(reduce) I just bought the boat. It seems to idle a bit high. It runs in the driveway just fine. I have taken it to the water once. When I did it never seemed to open up, as if it were getting too much fuel. Since then I have changed the plugs, not taken it...
