    1976 Evinrude 40hp 40655a #2 cylinder very little fire

    Motor is running on the #1 cylinder... I reversed the ignition coils on the cylinder head still very little spark. Would the motor run if it were the cutout switch or the timing off. Should I pull the flywheel and check breaker points and such?????? ANY HELP IS GOOD HELP!!!!
