    1996 Johnson 112spl running slow in full throttle

    I have a 96 Johnson 112spl running really slow 8-9mph when It's in full throttle. Sometimes after 10 mins it would kick in and go 25 mph but not all the time. I tried cleaning the carbs & replaced full pump. Any ideas or suggestions would greatly appreciated.
