    Ok yea, i tried adjusting that little by little out on the lake and it still bogs down and dies when given full throttle

    Where is the low speed mixture screws located? Is that the same as the fuel mixture screw on the front of the carbs?

    Yes water pump was completely rebuilt. I do not have the exact compression values, as i said, a mechanic done that and i dont remember what values he read. I can check them myself but not sure when i can check them. So is the cylinder compression what drives that fuel pump on the block?
