    Hi All, My Volvo Penta 2003 from 1986 seems jinxed. When I start her up full throttle, I can bring her back to idle speed. Then I bring her up to 1500 rpm and can bring her back to idle but when I bring her up to 1700 or 2000 or 3000 rpm, and try to move her back to idle, she happily stays...
