    Engine Only Runs When Ground Wires Are Removed

    My 1992 Evinrude 200 XP (ve200slens) has no spark. When I remove the Ground wires from the Shift Switch and Power pack it runs as long as I hold the key to start. When I let go of key, it turns off.
