    boat wont start in water but starts in driveway everytime

    I have this same issue with a 6hp Yamaha with the pull cable and it ran fine in bucket for 30 minutes but wouldn't start in the water. I changed spark plugs, cleaned carb, and replaced impeller and got water pumping out, but no idea why...
