    You would still need the manifold removed in order to install the new tube. You're making more of a job for yourself by not removing the manifold. Its 8 bolts and 4 hose clamps and your working like a gentleman

    Did anyone notice that the issue changed once the coil was replaced? I would look at the area that the coil is in. There are a lot of wires back there and most of the grounds are mounted on the flywheel housing. Is it possible that the tech loosened of broke a ground connection or unplugged...

    25hp force outboard needs fuel pump,--NLA

    you doubt the fuel pump is the issue? all my years working on engines i always thought if the engine runs out of fuel, and you have fuel and the lines are ok, the problem is the pump. how is this different>? FWIW, this tank and hose works fine on another engine

    its a 98 25hp oe301796 i rebuilt the carb and i pump the bulb and fill the filter, i get it to start but it runs out of fuel and dies.
