    07 15HP troubleshooting, Not sure where to go next

    I recently bought jon boat with an 07 Merc 4-stroke carbureted engine. Manual start only. The seller told me it runs, but only on full choke. I get it home and cleaned the carb and sure enough it was loaded with ethanol jelly. It idled OK for a few minutes and stalled due to a clogged jet...
