    Tohatsue 9.8HP 4-Stroke won't re-start.

    I have the same engine and the same problem. Most days, it starts and runs fine. Shut it down and it will not be restarting today. Tomorrow, all is well. Completely unreliable. All the usual suspect issues are irrelevant since it will run indefinitely on the first start. Must be fgetting spark...
