    Guages drop to zero at 3000 rpm

    I have a Mariner 40 magnum outboard, when rpm gets to 3000 rpm the tac, voltage & gas gauges drop to zero and wont work again unless I turn off engine and re start it. I have replaced the ignition switch and the rectifier, but still doing it not sure what else to check??
