    Yamaha 9.9 starting issue

    I have a 1991 9.9hp 4-stroke outboard that only starts after squirting fuel into the carb. It will start up right away after squirting the fuel into the carb but it will run rough for several minutes and then after awhile it will run great. I'm not sure if this is a carb. problem or a fuel pump...
