    Great thought to check the flywheel and for lower unit binding. The flywheel turns as it should by hand. No issues there. Looks like power is not passing through the solenoid and getting to the starter. I’ll follow up once I make that repair.

    Thank you so much for the reply. I feel like I should be a certified mechanic after that explanation. I do have good power at the solenoid. I need to check the voltage drop while trying to start.     Need help. My 96/98 Force has plenty of power at the battery and to the (engine). Will not turn over. Even if I jump it. Is there a ?starter solenoid between the battery and the starter that could be bad or just the starter? Or…? Thank you!
