    Rough idle

    I have a 1980 Evinrude 25hp model E25RCSA, I rebuilt lower unit, new water pump, new carb kit, new fuel pump. I want seem to get it to idle without dying or sneezing out the carb. I ha e tried adjusting the idle needle and its helps a little but when I turn the handle down to idle it will run...
