    Low buzzing sound from ignition to subsequent running of engine throughout journey

    Have 1990 Force 150. Just replaced impeller because of high pitched buzzing, hot engine. Since replacement engine is running fine. When I switch on the key a low audible buzz begins and never ends. I read one suggestion about mix ratio but I mix according to manual. HELP
