    1992 Johnson 120 Problem

    "My Johnson 120 start fine, bu "My Johnson 120 start fine, but when I give it full throttle to get the boat to come out of the water it just plows. It's turning about 2,700 rpm and will do so for 6-7 minutes and then the boat will gradually get up and go with no problems. Any ideas...
