    engine bogs down when I throttle up to plane

    My 1995 65HP Suzuki outboard motor bogs down and sometime cuts off when I throttle up to gain speed. If I remove the cover and use the manual choke I can get it up to speed and get the boat on a plane. Any advice as to what may be causing this?
