    1965 Merc 650 wont start after cable throttle adjustment

    Motor ran fine but was grinding going from reverse to reverse power. Mechanic adjusted cabling. Now won't start in neutral. No spark at the plugs now. No money to pay marina. Need to fix this myself before winter!
