    johnson 70hp

    got a 1978 johnson 70hp, starts and runs really well untill you accelerate, engine then feels and acts like its choked but after 30 seconds ish it accelerates fine. could i of mixed too much oil into the petrol? any advice would help please. thank you mike

    went out on mates boat, engine was brill on way out started no problems and ran really well, anchored up fishing for couple of hours then went to come home....ooooops engine had other ideas....turns over no problem, got fuel ok but will not fire..had to get towed home :-( ........any ideas...
