    Mercury 30 water coming out front?

    I have a 30 hp 4 stroke efi 2011 that runs great. I had it on the hose today and some water was coming out of this hole in the front. Is that ok? Also it would die after about10min on themuffs. Water was coming out of pee hole entire time. Thanks!
