    high rpm under load issues

    hey folks, I have twin 4jh4-hte's in a 38' catamaran. Port engine had water in fuel tank, replaced the deck fill, removed water in tank, replace filters and 4 injectors. first test run still couldn't get over 2300 rpm.. came back in and freed up Turbo, so now spinning freely. Checked Stbd Turbo...
