No, i said what i said. API went out into their warehouse and counted every tooth on every starter. ARCO rep wouldn't leave his desk. He didn't have the pinion count listed on his info tab, and he took 0 effort to find out.
Ive already called ARCO and they cant verify the pinion tooth count on their starter. I really want to know what the issue is, whether it be the wrong pinion , wrong nosecone, or whatever is causing it not to work. Once SEI accepts the return, i imagine i will go with the ARCO
