    I have a carter carburator on I have a carter carburator on my 307 chvey. I just had it rebuilt and the carburator keeps flooding. the carb sits dircetly on the engine at abou 10 degree. This is the way it came from the factory. should the needle vavle for the float be adjusted on the engine...
