    How can I find model number of a 50hp 1999 johnson electric start and ss prop if the model sticker has faded too badly? All I can see is possibly J50--SSA. I cant tell if a B is before the J or not.

    looking at 20 foot pontoon boat. It has a 50 HP evenrude engine on it. The id tag is present but mostly unreadable.SN# might be nw0189504 and mod# maby E05 and the rest is unreadable. Is there any other way to identify the model number?
