    How to locate top dead center on TAMD41A

    I must have run into an older version of the TAMD41A and I don't know how to locate top dead center without pulling an injector. The bell housing does not have the hole to use the locater pin tool. I must be overlooking something but dang if I know what it is. No mention of it in the shop...
