    Intermittent Issues

    My 2017 70 HP Yamaha 4 Stroke has intermittent Hesitation, Intermittent Tilt and Trim not working, and Intermittent it won't turn over. 99% of the time it runs outstanding. I am thinking a wiring harness issue?
