    came in with no charging and spark issue- stator cooked- replace stator ,regulator- insulation on trigger wires getting bad- replaced- charging fixed and spark on all 4 cylinders- rebuilt pump- carbs are clean- primer bulb stays primed up- 125psi on all cylinders- anything above 2000rpm 3 and 4...

    OUTBOARD HAS SPARK BUT ISNT PULLING FUEL AT HIGHER RPMS. LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE DID POOR JOB SEALING ENGINE. COULD AIR LEAKS POSSIBLY CAUSE THIS ISSUE? WILL FIRE WHEN ADDING SPRAY TO CARBS.
