    Shift rod

    Hi Bud back How is the best way to get the starter off, to disconnect the shift rod to drop the lower unit. Is it possible to to disconnect the shift rod at joint, to drop the lower unit. I,m trying to find a manual, but I can't for that 2006 model. Thanks Bud
