    1996 Evinrude 30hp fuel issue

    I was almost wide open on the water, and the motor just quit. Could get it to start with primer bulb, but would die again under any load. Had friend keep pumping primer bulb to limp off the lake. Does it sound like the fuel pump?? I just replaced it 2 years ago, with a cheap one off of amazon
