    Remote Control, throttle/shift

    I have recently replaced my 1981 Mercury 90 hp. outboard 2 cycle. I replaced it with a 1992 Mercury 115 hp. oil injected outboard. I am still using my old remote control. Is there a difference in functions between the remotes that the older one doesn't match up with the newer motor? I can't find...
