    Bad Solenoid?

    Having an issue with my merc 3.0l o/i even starting. Starting was fine the other day, I left the key on and tried starting it a few hours later and it did nothing. Battery is fine, hyd pump works fine and all accessories. I by passed the solenoid by taking pliers to the single yellow wire on it...
