    Thanks, that's what I feared. I have the throttle working. And welding up a external shifter and a larger shift rod with steel ends. The plastic is not strong enough. I'll keep you posted. Al

    Hey gentlemen. I have a 85 25hp xd tiller. Try to get the remote shifter linkage hook up. I've managed to get the throttle cable work but have a hard time finding the right spot for the shift linkage. Any help. Thanks Al
